"Always fast and friendly. Beyond helpful. I was trying to rent a car and enterprise wanted my first born. I must have called State Farm 4 times in 5 minutes asking for information via email. They were super helpful and fast. Nor one bit of irritation on their part. Very kind. I call the office every month and pay over the phone. Their patience is never ending! I still call all the time for all my insurance needs and always get a person. Such personal service I feel like family! I have car,renters and life insurance. Can't say enough great things!"

"Cost of insurance for my brand new car was $100 when I purchased it, slowly but surely every 6 months the price went up even though my car was literally worth less as time passed on. After 2 years they wanted $170 per month, I was able to get the same coverage from progressive for $80 a month! State Farm is a scam in my opinion."
