"Cost of insurance for my brand new car was $100 when I purchased it, slowly but surely every 6 months the price went up even though my car was literally worth less as time passed on. After 2 years they wanted $170 per month, I was able to get the same coverage from progressive for $80 a month! State Farm is a scam in my opinion."

"Tiffani is the best she worked with me for weeks!! She was so patient and professional. The first day she cold called me and i didn't really want to talk because i had just picked my kids up from school and had a lot going on but the rate i had was so high and stressful to be honest. "Last month I had my car smashed by car thefts. It was a Friday afternoon after I got off from my internship company. When I arrived the theft had left, leaving my car destroyed. It is the first time I encountered things like this, and of course I freak out. I called State Farm, and eventually got to talk to Wade. He’s such a nice, professional guy in his role. Our phone call last more than two hours, partial because it’s a Friday afternoon, and it’s hard to find tow. Wade not only call tow companies with me one by one, but he also constantly tried to clam me down, teach me how to deal with stuffs like this in the future, very patient with my accent and negative emotions. Now my car is all fixed and I really wanna give this incredible man a big shout out!"

"Always fast and friendly. Beyond helpful. I was trying to rent a car and enterprise wanted my first born. I must have called State Farm 4 times in 5 minutes asking for information via email. They were super helpful and fast. Nor one bit of irritation on their part. Very kind. I call the office every month and pay over the phone. Their patience is never ending! I still call all the time for all my insurance needs and always get a person. Such personal service I feel like family! I have car,renters and life insurance. Can't say enough great things!"
